Iran is famous for its food, specially kebabs. If you know how vibrant the Iranians are so is their food, pure and colorful.

So with the blend of foodie cultural boundaries Irani cuisine is a blend of flavors and nutrients 😋 , halal, variety of healthy rice dishes, countless ways to cook meat or mince and liberal usage of royal ingredients like pomegranate and saffron shows that every dish has a history. It’s normally mild spicy (some dishes) non spicy so easily satisfy the east asian or global taste buds❤️

Friday (weekend in dubai) Lunch is very special for any family as we get a chance to lunch together as a family after whole week’s skipped or hustly bustly meals. This week I selected Irani Cuisine and there is one place serving authentic Irani Food in Dubai. Iran Zamin Restaurant.
Iran Zamin Dubai is located in Downtown Dubai with a huge free parking of Downtown in basement. If you are residents in Dubai you know sometimes its hard to find parking there. But Emaar have resolved the issue with these basement parkings.
When you enter the Iran Zamin Dubai, you see a warm and smiling staff, many of them are working there for 7-8 years. Very spacious areas divided into two. One separate area for smoker and the other side is for non smokers and families.
I know that Irani Kebabs are the best, since ever I am found of kafta, kofta, koobideh . This is a Persian word which means slamming.Most probably its because of the way meat is treated before cooking. As its a Persian word and Seekh (سیخ)is also a Persian word so I am sure no one can cook kebabs better than Iranians.
My quest of best kebab and rice motivates me to find out best in the city.

They also served the tastiest Irani tea in Dubai with Saffron infused sugar.
They also served me the authentic Irani Faluda which is unique with traditional Irani Ice Cream and traditional Irani Faluda with strawberries 🍓 syrup and lemon . Very unique taste.
